One of the most important part of our jobs as Real Estate Professionals is the ability to education our clients (Soon to be friends!) about what exactly is going on in the home buying or selling process so you can make the best decisions for yourself or your family. We will be answering some of our most commonly asked questions, and some of the weird ones, with some of our trusted industry professionals.
If you would like a more detailed answer, have a question of your own or want to get your home buying or selling process started; give us a call or shoot us an email.

Where to begin when buying a home?
Jennifer Hickey and Nick Johnson of Eagle Home Mortgage on Where to Begin when buying a Home in Idaho.
Getting pre-qualified is the first step in beginning the home buying process. A qualified Home Loan Officer will go over a couple of items which will then let you know how much of a home loan you qualify for and more importantly, what payment you will be most comfortable with. The Loan Officer will then explain to you how your credit works and whether you need to do anything to put you in a better buying position. This Pre-Qualification letter is a must when submitting an offer for a home for it shows you qualify for a home loan to purchase!
Things the Loan Officer will want to see:
Taxes, Income Statements, Pay Stubs, and Bank Statements.
