Bardenay is the nation’s first restaurant distillery. It set an industry precedent by combining a full service restaurant and bar with a distillery. Each location specializes in distilling different spirits. The Boise location handles production of their ginger rum, and amber rum; plus, it has dark rum and rye whiskey aging but not yet ready for release.
